The Oldie
of the Year Award winners
The nation’s favourite annual awards - The Oldie of the Year (or ‘TOOTY’ for short) - took place on Thursday 23 November in a lunchtime ceremony at The National Liberal Club, 1 Whitehall Place, which celebrated the best of the older generation.
This year’s winners were chosen by a committee of judges comprising Gyles Brandreth, Sir Tim Rice, Rachel Johnson, Dame Maureen Lipman, James Pembroke and Harry Mount. The Awards were presented by Gyles Brandreth presenting to those who still have 'snap in their celery'.
